It’s the first day of my #FreshGlowChallenge! Excited to document my journey towards an all-round glow.
Tip: Choose what you give your attention and mind to, because as you give your attention and mind to something, no matter what it is, you are summoning it into your life.

Glow meter: 9/10
Be sure to stick to your routine!
Tuesdays and Thursdays are the longest days of my week. I schedule an hour’s yoga practice to help clear my mind and relax my body. A good night’s rest thereafter helps me stay energized to power through the day tomorrow!
Tip: Be disciplined in your exercise routine. Make it a point to exercise at least an hour each time, at least twice a week. Be sure to stick to your routine!
Glow meter: 10/10
Mid-week already!
Is it mid-week already? Yay! I keep a bottle of water by my bedside and chug it the first thing when I awake. It helps fire up my metabolism, fuels my brain, and rehydrates my body (especially after last night’s hot yoga session!)
Tip: Drinking water should be the first thing you do each morning. Keep a bottle by your bedside (within arm’s reach) and remember to drink, drink, drink!

Proud of my progress
Thursday = Yoga practice day. No skiving. No matter how busy I get, I find time to make it to practice. With discipline comes progress. I feel myself getting stronger and I’m proud of my progress.
Packed my own lunch to work today too – roasted pumpkin, avocado, honey roasted cashews, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes and a boiled egg (with a dash of Caesar’s dressing). Yum!
Tip: Praise and bless everything in the world, and you will dissolve negativity and discord, and align yourself with the highest frequency – love. #lawofattraction

Make time for my nephews and nieces
It’s my favorite day of the week. TGIF, whoohoo! I try to make time for my nephews and nieces – it’s an excellent workout trying to keep up with their energy levels. Don’t have kids or young ones to fuss over? Channel that extra energy/time into exercise instead.
Tip: when you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These chemicals trigger a positive feeling in the body. Glow from within!
